Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist, I take a compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy, meeting each individual where they are. I work with diverse populations, including those navigating life transitions, chronic health conditions, or workplace challenges. My approach is holistic and evidence-based, helping clients build confidence, manage stress, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, person-centered, and supportive approach to therapy. My focus is on helping clients build self-confidence, improve communication, and navigate major life transitions with clarity and resilience. I draw from evidence-based techniques while keeping the work grounded, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in career and adjustment counseling, as well as supporting individuals and families living with disabilities or chronic health conditions. I integrate holistic, evidence-based interventions such as mindfulness-based therapies, somatic techniques, CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and strengths-based approaches to support whole-person healing. I also have extensive experience working with women, veterans, caregivers, and individuals facing stress, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns. I frequently support clients experiencing workplace challenges or major life changes at home or in their careers. My goal is to help you build confidence in your strengths, and support your movement toward a meaningful and balanced life that aligns with your personal values.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive space to share their story at their own pace. I take time to understand your background, current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll explore personal, professional, relational, or health-related challenges and begin identifying goals that matter most to you. The session blends structure and warmth, helping you notice patterns, strengths, and areas for support while outlining a plan that feels comfortable and achievable. Most importantly, you’ll feel heard, respected, and supported, leaving with clarity, a sense of partnership, and reassurance that you’re not navigating your challenges alone.
