I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Master's Level Certified Addiction Professional, Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, TF-CBT Certified Therapist, EMDRIA Certified Therapist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Basic Trainer, and Registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator. I have spent nearly 20 years in the fields of child trauma, childhood sexual abuse and reactivity, substance abuse, and mental health. I specialize in working with individuals with co-occurring disorders, clients who struggle to achieve and maintain sobriety, families in crisis, individuals with trauma, child welfare cases, and those with significant mental health diagnoses.

I utilize a trauma-informed, client-centered, strengths-based approach when working with all clients and I combine evidence-based trauma treatments with Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Play Therapy.

Clients will learn to identify and challenge their negative beliefs as they begin to heal from trauma. Clients will feel empowered and supported on their journey to self-discovery and growth.
