Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Anne! Whether you're healing from narcissistic abuse, mending a broken heart, battling burnout, or wrestling with anxiety and depression, I want you to know one thing: you're not alone on this journey.

Think of me as your personal navigation system. Whether you're untangling complex relationship knots, feeling like you're running on empty, or working through past hurts, I'm your GPS.

My practice is a safe haven for those who've weathered these storms. I've dedicated my career to creating a warm, judgment-free space where your story matters and your feelings are valid.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, we'll work together to find an approach that resonates so that you feel heard and understood.

We'll unpack the heavy emotions, develop coping strategies that actually work for you.

My approach to therapy

I'm like a chef, but instead of cuisines, I mix and match therapy approaches.

Trauma focused with nervous system regulation and a dash of mindfulness? Coming right up!

Whatever flavor combination works best for you.

In other words, I practice from an eclectic therapeutic framework, using a blend of trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, and attachment-focused work tailored just for you.

Practical Tools You Can Actually Use: Forget abstract theories. I'm all about giving you real-world strategies. Think of it as your very own life-hacks toolkit.

Setting boundaries that stick? Check.

Flipping negative thoughts on their head? Double-check!

Cheerleader for Your Self-Esteem: I've got pompoms ready to help you recognize your awesomeness. Together, we'll build your self-esteem and resilience, turning that inner critic into your biggest fan.

Empathy: I don't just hear you; I really listen. Your experiences, feelings, and perspectives are valid, and I'm here to understand them deeply.

Growth Facilitator: I'll help you plant seeds of change, nurture new habits, and watch as you bloom into your best self.

We’ll create a personalized plan that helps you feel more grounded, self-assured, and ready to break free from the cycles keeping you stuck, and I’m here to help you take that first step.

What you can expect from me

A warm welcome: We'll start with introductions and some light chat to help you feel at ease. No pressure, just two humans getting to know each other.

Setting the stage: I'll explain how our sessions work and answer any questions you might have. This is your time, so don't hesitate to voice any concerns or curiosities.

Your story, your pace: You'll have the floor to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. Think of it as dipping your toes in the water - we'll only go as deep as you're ready for.

Collaborative goal-setting: Together, we'll explore what brought you here and what you hope to achieve. Whether it's finding inner peace, building better relationships, or simply understanding yourself better, we'll map out a path that feels right for you.

Tailoring our approach: I'll share some ideas about how we might work together, but I'm all ears for your input.

A glimpse of hope: We'll wrap up with some initial thoughts and perhaps a small technique or two you can try at home. Baby steps, remember? Remember, this first session is just the beginning of our journey together.

It's okay if you feel a mix of emotions: nervousness, hope, uncertainty. That's all part of the process.

My role is to meet you where you are and walk beside you, one step at a time
