Great to meet you!

My ideal clients are people who feel trapped in frustrating cycles of dieting, emotional eating, self-sabotage, or unhealthy habits. They often know what they "should" do but can't seem to make lasting change. Maybe every Monday is a fresh start, only to end in discouragement by the end of the week. Others struggle with fear-based thinking, scarcity mindsets, perfectionism, or unwanted thought patterns that keep them feeling stuck. I believe lasting change happens when we move beyond managing symptoms and uncover the root of why we do what we do.

My approach to therapy

I help people uncover the root of unwanted behaviors around food, health, and self-care—not just manage the symptoms. Together we change thought patterns, build resilience, create lasting habits, and, for those who desire it, integrate biblical truth to replace fear and lies with freedom and hope.

What you can expect from me

If you're tired of starting over every Monday, feeling stuck with food, or believing lasting change isn't possible, you're not alone. Real transformation begins by understanding why you're stuck. I'd be honored to help you build lasting freedom, healthy habits, and a resilient mindset.
