Great to meet you!

I am a client-focused, compassionate, and experienced Therapist who is dedicated to helping clients determine their best courses of actions for improved living.

My approach to therapy

The hallmarks of my therapy approach are trust, respect, non-judgment, and empowerment. As I get to know clients, I will tailor my approach to fit their individual needs, goals, and preferences. I utilize techniques from various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, Psychodynamic Therapies, Humanistic Therapies, and Mindfulness Therapies. I inform clients that therapy is a process and I view therapy as a partnership between the Therapist and client.

What you can expect from me

During the first session with me, clients can expect discussing the informed consent, asking about reasons for participating in therapy, gathering personal histories, exploring therapy goals, and outlining the next steps for therapy, which may include completing the first session activities. Overall, the first session will focus on getting to know clients, building a rapport with clients, and introducing clients to the therapeutic process.
