Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master of Science in Nursing from South College in Tennessee. I have nine years of combined experience in ICU and mental health settings, which have shaped my comprehensive and compassionate approach to care.

My goal is to support individuals through a holistic lens—considering the mind, body, and environment—while developing treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs and strengths.

I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with my patients. I'm dedicated to walking alongside you, one step at a time, as we work together toward your wellness goals and long-term stability.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe healing begins with truly listening to each person’s story and creating a safe, judgment-free space where they can feel seen and understood. I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and respect, integrating evidence-based psychiatric treatment with practical strategies that support everyday wellness.

I tailor each treatment plan to the individual—considering biological, psychological, and social factors—to help clients achieve balance, resilience, and meaningful improvement in their quality of life. My goal is not only to manage symptoms but to empower each person with tools for long-term emotional stability, self-awareness, and growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming, and collaborative environment. I take time to learn about your story—your current concerns, past experiences, and goals for care—so we can build a shared understanding of what brings you here. We’ll explore your symptoms, daily routines, and stressors, as well as what’s been helping or making things harder.

My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and comfortable. Together, we’ll begin creating an individualized plan that may include lifestyle strategies and medication management. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of next steps and the reassurance that you’re not navigating this journey alone.
