Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Annick Kelly, DNP, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, respectful, and evidence-based mental health care. With more than 13 years of nursing and healthcare experience, I understand the importance of truly listening to each person’s concerns and treating the whole person—not simply a diagnosis.

I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, panic, sleep difficulties, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create a welcoming and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable participating in decisions about your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, individualized, and evidence-based. I take time to understand your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, life experiences, strengths, concerns, and treatment goals before developing a plan with you.

When medication may be helpful, I explain treatment options, expected benefits, potential side effects, and alternatives so that you can make informed decisions about your care. I also incorporate supportive interventions, psychoeducation, and evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral and solution-focused strategies when appropriate. Treatment is an ongoing partnership, and we will regularly evaluate your progress and adjust your plan based on your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for me to understand you and what has brought you to care. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medications, previous treatments, family and social history, daily functioning, and the goals you would like to achieve.

You will have time to ask questions and discuss any concerns about treatment. After completing the evaluation, we will work together to develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include medication, lifestyle recommendations, supportive strategies, therapy recommendations, or additional evaluation when appropriate. My goal is for you to leave the first visit feeling heard, informed, and clear about the next steps in your care.
