Great to meet you!

I have over 15 years years of experience working with children, adults, and older adults. I help people with suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, addiction, PTSD and more. I also have experience with advanced treatments such as TMS, ECT, and Spravato.

Most importantly, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard, respected, and empowered as we work together toward feeling better.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered around you. I take time to listen, understand your story, and work with you to create a treatment plan that truly fits your life. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and never judged.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, relaxed conversation where I take time to get to know you and understand what’s been bringing you in. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what your goals are, and what you’re hoping to feel or change.

I’ll ask some thoughtful questions to understand your history, your current challenges, and what has or hasn’t helped in the past. There is no pressure to share anything you’re not ready for, we will go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

By the end of the session, we will have a clearer understanding of what is going on and a plan for next steps, whether that includes therapy, medications, or other supports. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported.
