I’m Annie, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in nursing and psychology. I provide care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, PTSD, and sleep problems.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I take time to listen, explain treatment options clearly, and make sure you feel involved in your care. Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, education, and practical coping strategies.
During our first session, we will discuss your concerns, history, symptoms, and goals. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and clear about the next steps.
