Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a licensed mental health therapist based in North Carolina and Georgia, dedicated to supporting individuals and couples in their journeys toward healing and self-discovery. With over four years of experience, I specialize in working with young adults and adults facing anxiety and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm and collaborative. I foster a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts and feelings. It is also my aim to provide culturally relevant counseling in which clients feel seen and heard. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to empower my clients by providing tools and strategies tailored to their unique needs. Together, we will work towards achieving your goals and enhancing your overall well-being and healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from each session with a greater understanding of themselves and the challenges they face. Therapy can be challenging, but it’s important to remember that the effort you put in will directly influence the benefits you receive. Additionally, when appropriate, I may assign "therapy homework" to help reinforce our discussions and encourage growth between sessions. Together, we will work towards meaningful progress. I look forward to being a part of your healing journey!
