Great to meet you!

We’ll begin by building a trusting relationship that welcomes emotional honesty. Rather than judging parts of you that feel stuck, we’ll get curious about them: what role they once served, and how they might be protecting you now. Our work aims not just for symptom relief, but for deeper self-understanding, healing, and greater freedom to live in alignment with your true self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship—with yourself, with others, and within the therapeutic space. I offer a compassionate, non-pathologizing environment where you can safely explore your inner world. Drawing on psychodynamic principles and extensive training, including a two-year integrated trauma program and a one-year intensive in psychodynamic psychotherapy, I help you uncover unconscious patterns, defenses, and early relational experiences that shape current struggles.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm, attuned, and reflective. I listen deeply, respect complexity, and create a space where unconscious patterns can emerge safely. I don’t push quick solutions; instead, I foster a process of honest exploration and lasting emotional growth. My approach honors each client’s inner world, inviting both tenderness and depth in understanding and transforming long-standing struggles.
