Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I know reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I strive to make therapy feel comfortable, practical, and approachable. Together, we can strengthen coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and help you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on your individual needs. I believe listening and asking thoughtful questions are just as important as providing practical tools. Together, we’ll explore what may be keeping you stuck, identify your strengths, and practice new ways of thinking and coping that can help you feel more confident in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you, understand what’s bringing you to therapy, and learn what you hope to gain from our time together. We’ll talk through your current challenges and begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about our next steps together.
