Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy for yourself is a courageous act that can create positive changes in your life. Some people go into therapy during times of crisis, others to improve some aspect of their lives or thoughts for the better. Life transitions such as childbirth, divorce, illness, or trauma often lead to anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and other identity issues. I provide a safe and supportive environment to understand the source of these problems and to work together to find solutions.

My approach to therapy

I try to provide therapy unique to the needs of each individual. This is often some combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, breath work, and traditional talk therapy. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, and everyone is capable of making changes in their life.

What you can expect from me

My practice is open and welcoming to people of all ages, sexual orientations and gender identities.
