Great to meet you!

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), and board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered healthcare.

I am passionate about promoting mental wellness, supporting individuals through life's challenges, and helping patients achieve meaningful improvements in their overall health and quality of life. I believe that every person deserves individualized care that recognizes their unique experiences, needs, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is rooted in understanding the whole person, recognizing the important connection between physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With expertise in both family and psychiatric-mental health care, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where every individual feels heard, respected, valued, and empowered to take an active role in their health journey.

My mission is to build trusting therapeutic relationships, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, and provide accessible, holistic, and compassionate care. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my patients as they work toward healing, balance, resilience, and lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. I want you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing your concerns, experiences, and health goals.

During our initial visit, we will discuss your medical and mental health history, current concerns, symptoms, lifestyle, and any challenges you may be experiencing. I will take the time to understand your unique needs, answer your questions, and explore what matters most to you.

Together, we will begin developing an individualized treatment plan that aligns with your goals, preferences, and overall well-being. Depending on your needs, this may include a comprehensive assessment, medication management discussions, therapeutic support, lifestyle recommendations, and appropriate follow-up care.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic. There is no expectation that you have everything figured out before your first appointment. You simply need to show up as you are.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead. Your healing and wellness matter, and I look forward to partnering with you every step of the way.
