Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist in Tulsa, Oklahoma with 17 years experience in supporting individuals through life's complex challenges to attain emotional healing. My practice centers on helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, life transitions, caregiver stress, and areas of personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy shouldn't be intimidating. My approach is relaxed, deeply empathetic, and tailored to each person's unique journey, emphasizing self-love, purpose, and emotional resilience. I create a non-judgmental, safe space that is honest and direct as well as kind and supportive. I am committed to affirming, inclusive care that respects each person's identity and life experiences.

What you can expect from me

I work to eliminate pressure and allow clients to settle in and feel welcome in their beginning sessions. They are then able to move at their own pace to explore goals, develop meaningful coping strategies, and achieve a greater self-understanding.
