About Me
As a licensed therapist and a follower of Christ, I am dedicated to providing a compassionate, grace-filled environment where clinical excellence meets spiritual integrity. I believe that true healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and soul—and I integrate evidence-based psychological practices with the timeless wisdom of Scripture. Whether you are navigating life transitions, healing from past wounds, or seeking to strengthen your relationships, my goal is to walk alongside you as we seek the restoration and peace that God intends for your life.
My approach is client‐centered: I begin where you want to begin and follow your priorities. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work; from that relationship we explore goals, patterns, and practical steps for change. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected.
I would welcome the opportunity to partner with you as you seek to increase the quality of your day-to-day living. I offer a free fifteen minute video consultation to allow you the opportunity to begin that journey and determine the next step.
I am currently licensed in Ohio, Indiana, Minnesota, Oregon, Texas, Florida, and South Carolina.
What is your approach to therapy? My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning I start where you want to start. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is foundational to our work together. I believe that all therapy flows from this relationship, a relationship that creates and cultivates a space where you feel safe and understood
What can clients expect from their first session with you?In my therapeutic approach, I focus on how these three aspects of our experience—thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—mutually influence each other. By recognizing this relationship, we can identify ways to promote healing and growth. A person struggling with depression can change negative thought patterns which can then lead to more positive emotions and engagement in more constructive behaviors.
