Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm Antoinette — a psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes that healing isn't just about what's happening in your head, but what's happening in your whole body. I specialize in eating disorders, mood disorders, depression, and anxiety, and I bring over seven years of experience in some of the most specialized treatment settings in the country to every session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, and built around you as a whole person — not just your symptoms. I blend talk therapy and medication management, drawing from approaches like CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy depending on what fits best. The goal is always for you to feel more connected to yourself and more in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really just a conversation — no pressure, no agenda you have to come prepared for. I want to hear your story in your own words: what's been going on, what's felt hard, and what you're hoping life looks like on the other side of this. From there, we'll start to map out what care actually looks like for you — whether that involves medication, talk therapy, or something more integrated. My goal for that first visit is simple: that you leave feeling heard, not evaluated.
