As a therapist, I specialize in a variety of approaches as in, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Person-centered therapy. We will work together in creating a treatment plan and achievable goals. Your trust is my main priority and we will work at your pace and level of comfort.
