Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate provider with immense focus on developing coping strategies as well as positive self talk and reflections in order to enhance self actualization and confidence through life challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I focus on a strengths based perspective as my main approach. I also utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and emotional focused therapy. Creativity is another great tool that I think many people possess. When utilizing artistic modalities one may find an expressive language they otherwise could not.

What you can expect from our first session

A feeling of support and ideally relief knowing that they are being cared about, advocated for and ultimately believed in to be able to heal and grow safely.
