Great to meet you!

I have received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Don't let that scare you. I do not judge and am easily relatable. I enjoy working with older teens into adulthood. Working with those who have anxieties, depression, and trying to adjust to new things are part of what I like working with.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes you just need someone to talk to that you do not know from the past. We should make a connection and talk. I usually spend the beginning sessions getting to know you and what makes you tick. Then, we can do talk therapy and help you learn coping mechanisms and assist you in your healing process. By the way, I offer Christian therapy, when requested. I do not pressure others, I accept unconditionally.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to leave a session knowing that they have been heard and acknowledged. I also want them to have some tools to work with to help them in their journey of healing.
