Great to meet you!

As a board-certified counselor with over 10 years of experience, I believe strongly in people's ability to grow and change. For much of my career I worked exclusively with teens, young adults and their families to improve mental health and family functioning. In recent years, my practice has expanded to working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you during your healing process.

My approach to therapy

Relationship. We were all built for it. Relationships offer us an opportunity for connection that leads to health and happiness. But often, connection and relationship can also leave us vulnerable and hurt. These hurts can reverberate in all areas of life. My hope is that through the therapeutic process, you can feel seen and known. We can explore together the negative and positive effects of your vulnerability and create space to move forward with growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Starting from our first session, you can expect a safe place where whatever you say will be welcomed and celebrated. Initially, we will talk through the concern that brings you to therapy, and then we will work together to create a plan to tackle it.
