Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over five years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families with their mental health. My experience includes working with trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and life challenges. I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach to therapy, meeting each person where they are. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a space where you can feel safe being yourself without the pressure to change who you are to fit in. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, honoring your cultural background, personal values, and life experiences. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and respect each person's beliefs and values. Together, we can explore your emotions, build coping skills, strengthen your confidence, and discover ways to navigate life's challenges while staying true to who you are.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and what support looks like for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you, honoring your unique experiences, cultural background, and personal values.
