Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adolescents and adults across Oklahoma through after-hours telehealth sessions. I know that finding time for therapy can be difficult, which is why I offer evening and weekend appointments designed to fit into your busy life.

I earned my Master’s degree in Human Relations with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Oklahoma in 2018 and have been practicing as an LPC since 2020. I also work full-time in tribal behavioral health, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and life experiences.

My passion is helping people heal from trauma, navigate relationship challenges, and better understand the ways past experiences continue to impact their lives today. I’m EMDR-informed and TF-CBT-informed, and I use these evidence-based approaches alongside a compassionate, collaborative style of therapy.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe, understood, and never judged. My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, while also being honest and goal-oriented. I strive to create a supportive space where you can explore difficult experiences at your own pace.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, low self-worth, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we explore how past experiences shape current thoughts, emotions, and relationships beyond just symptoms.

I integrate EMDR-informed and TF-CBT-informed approaches, tailoring treatment to your needs and goals. Our work may include processing painful memories, building coping skills, improving relationships, and challenging long-held beliefs.

My goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and confidence so you can move forward with greater peace and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. I’ll also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, and any past experiences that may be important to understanding your story.

There’s no pressure to share everything during the first appointment. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My priority is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and respected while we begin developing a plan that fits your goals. By the end of the session, you’ll have a better understanding of how we can work together and what to expect moving forward.
