Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) located in Pennsylvania and Maryland(LCPC). Over the last 5 years, I've dedicated myself to supporting individuals, children, and families in managing daily life stressors, addressing relationship and peer conflicts, and navigating challenges like post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and depression. It is my passion to provide a supportive environment where clients can find healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach based on each client’s unique needs, using an integrative approach that draws from several therapeutic modalities. My style is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered, and I focus on creating a safe space where clients feel heard and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we'll begin with introductions followed by an exploration of the specific challenges you're encountering. This will enable me to develop a personalized plan that we can address in subsequent sessions. In addition, you can expect us to complete any intake documentation that has not already been completed prior to the first session.
