Great to meet you!

For over 16 years I have been partnering with clients in private practice to help them facilitate living their best life. Often times, clients come to me seeking guidance and direction. They feel trapped in their current cycle of negative thoughts find it difficult to navigate life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is person centered. Each of us come with our own unique values and experiences, that impact the way we view the world. In therapy, we work to collaborate. To look at negative thought patterns and change how they impact our everyday lives.
