Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. I have experience working in higher levels of care which has provided me with a strong clinical foundation in supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and work from a trauma-informed lens, recognizing how past experiences can impact present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, and difficulties related to past trauma. I also support clients in building self-esteem, improving relationships, and developing healthier coping strategies.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed interventions.

I focus on helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also building practical skills to manage distress, regulate emotions, and navigate everyday challenges.

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive, so I balance providing a space for processing with helping clients develop tools they can use outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and relaxed environment where we begin getting to know each other. I will ask questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from the process.

We’ll review relevant background information and begin identifying goals for therapy at a pace that feels comfortable for you-there is no pressure to share everything all at once.

My goal for the first session is for clients to feel heard, supported, and leave with a clearer sense of how we can work together moving forward.
