Great to meet you!

I’m a non-traditional therapist who works from a person-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed perspective. I strive to understand and meet you where you are so we can address your concerns in a holistic and supportive way. I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds and have the most experience supporting clients with cluster B personality disorders, trauma, and neurodivergence. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported as you work toward growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I work from a very person-centered stance, which allows me to better understand your experiences, empathize with your concerns, and provide resources, skills, and support that fit your needs. I will meet you where you are and support you along your journey of growth and discovery. I primarily use EMDR, IFS, and DBT modalities, while tailoring our work to your goals, pace, and readiness. Together, we will focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to show up with compassion, honesty, and curiosity. In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking through what brings you to therapy, and beginning to understand what kind of support would feel most helpful. If you are interested in EMDR or IFS, we can talk through what that process may look like and whether it feels like the right fit for where you are right now. My goal is for therapy to feel safe, collaborative, and supportive, while giving you room to move at a pace that feels right for you.
