Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals, children, and families heal, grow, and thrive. I bring over 4 years of experience working across diverse communities, including in partnership with law enforcement and crisis response teams. I’m currently licensed in New York as a LMSW and a LCSW in Virginia.

As a therapist, I’m deeply committed to creating a safe, affirming space where you feel truly seen and supported. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, and I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I also love working with parents and children to strengthen communication, emotional regulation, and connection at home and school.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based interventions. But more than anything, I tailor therapy to you—your story, your strengths, your values.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my balance of warmth, honesty, and compassion. I’m here to walk alongside you through the hard stuff and help you reconnect to your power, purpose, and peace.

Outside of therapy, I’m a parent myself, so I understand the real-world pressures and joys that come with caregiving. I’m passionate about supporting people in showing up for themselves and their loved ones in the most authentic and empowered way possible.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel both safe and empowering. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based approaches. My work is also rooted in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting stress, or life transitions, I’ll meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and nonjudgment. I believe in helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their inner resilience.

Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore, heal, and grow—at your own pace and in your own way.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, understood, and empowered. You can expect to gain practical tools to manage emotions, communicate more effectively, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.

We’ll work on identifying patterns that no longer serve you, setting boundaries, and building on your strengths. Whether you’re looking for healing, clarity, or personal growth, my goal is to help you reconnect with your sense of purpose, self-worth, and resilience.

Therapy with me is a space where you can be your full self—no judgment, just support, honesty, and real progress.
