Great to meet you!

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, family stress, identity exploration, OCD, maternal mental health concerns, and life transitions. Many of the clients I support are high-functioning on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while also being challenged to grow. I believe meaningful change happens when clients gain insight into their experiences while developing practical tools that support lasting emotional wellness and healthier relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, curious, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while also creating practical strategies you can use in everyday life.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients manage anxiety, improve relationships, navigate ADHD and identity concerns, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence in their ability to handle life's challenges.

I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is engaging, thoughtful, and authentic while encouraging meaningful growth and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what challenges feel most important right now. We'll discuss your goals, current stressors, and what support would feel most helpful moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clear sense of how therapy can support your personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
