Great to meet you!

You may look like you have things handled while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure why the same concerns keep resurfacing. Anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, family stress, or questions about identity can make it difficult to feel settled and confident in yourself. You don't have to figure it out alone.

I work with adults who want to better understand what's keeping them stuck while building practical, lasting changes they can carry into everyday life. Therapy with me is thoughtful, collaborative, and honest. I believe meaningful conversations can be both insightful and approachable, and that healing doesn't always have to feel heavy. I offer a supportive space where you can explore difficult experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and develop practical tools for healthier relationships and greater emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I am naturally curious and enjoy helping clients look at familiar concerns from a different perspective. Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and life experiences that may be contributing to what you're facing while building on the strengths you already have.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Whether you're working through anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, identity exploration, family stress, or life transitions, our work will always be tailored to your goals, values, and pace. My aim is to help you leave therapy with greater clarity, stronger coping skills, and more confidence in yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation about what brought you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope life will look like moving forward. You don't need to know exactly where to begin or have everything figured out before we meet.

You can expect curiosity, warmth, and practical support in a space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged to grow. My hope is that each session leaves you with a clearer understanding of yourself, practical tools you can use outside of therapy, and confidence that meaningful change is possible.
