Great to meet you!

I provide therapy focused on healing trauma, and building healthier coping skills, especially for stress, emotional overwhelm, and recovery.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses on calming the nervous system, building resilience & supporting recovery through mindfulness and trauma-sensitive care

What you can expect from me

I draw from mindfulness-based practices, trauma-sensitive approaches, and motivational methods to support lasting change and resilience. Whether you’re navigating substance use challenges, recovering from traumatic experiences, or seeking support with stress and emotional dysregulation, I aim to help you feel more grounded, present, and in control of your journey.

I also offer EMDR and ERP when appropriate, but only as tools, not as the centerpiece of our work. My primary focus is on regulation, mindfulness, trauma recovery, and supporting you through life’s transitions and challenges.
