Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to have it all together. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals who are used to being the “strong one” for everyone else, but privately struggle with relationships, boundaries, confidence, or life transitions. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can show up authentically, gain insight into patterns that no longer serve you, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others. I especially enjoy working with Black women and LGBTQ+ adults and strive to create an affirming, culturally responsive space where clients can show up fully as themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. Together we’ll explore not only what’s happening today but also the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Therapy with me isn’t about judging your choices or giving quick advice it’s about helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your confidence, improve your relationships, and make decisions that align with the life you want to create. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to keep showing up.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. I’ll spend time learning about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve already tried, what’s important to you, and what you hope will be different. Together we’ll begin identifying patterns, discussing goals, and deciding whether we’re the right fit. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful not pressured to share everything all at once.
