Great to meet you!

Have you spent so much time taking care of everyone else, managing responsibilities, or simply trying to keep everything together that you’ve lost sight of what you need? Maybe you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, past experiences that still affect you, or a life transition that has left you wondering what comes next. You don’t have to sort through it all by yourself. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can speak honestly, feel heard without judgment, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, develop healthier ways of coping, strengthen your relationships and boundaries, and create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience helping adults navigate difficult and often complex seasons of life. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship and family concerns, stress, boundary difficulties, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based interventions based on your individual needs. I believe therapy should be a conversation and a partnership. I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, help you recognize patterns, and gently challenge you when needed while respecting your experiences, values, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Outside of my work as a therapist, I value faith, family, laughter, and meaningful connections with others. I enjoy traveling and discovering new places, reading, cooking and trying new foods, music, and spending time with the people I love. I believe there is room for both seriousness and laughter in life—and sometimes in therapy, too. Most importantly, I believe people can grow and create meaningful change even after difficult experiences. You don’t need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Come as you are, and we’ll start from there.
