Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! I’m Arkeria, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong clinical background in helping clients navigate anxiety in all its forms. I work with adults who find themselves constantly “on,” overwhelmed by worry, or feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or perfectionism.

With advanced training in perinatal mental health and years of experience supporting individuals through major life transitions, I understand how anxiety can show up differently depending on your stage of life, your responsibilities, and your past experiences. Whether you’re managing everyday stress, coping with work or relationship pressures, or trying to break old patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to provide a grounded, empathetic space to help you feel more in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe in building genuine relationships and meeting you exactly where you are without judgment and at a pace that feels comfortable. I take time to understand how anxiety shows up in your life and tailor our work to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you can speak openly without pressure or judgment. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand what anxiety looks like for you, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

We’ll explore your immediate concerns, identify your strengths, and begin shaping a plan that feels both manageable and meaningful.

My goal is to help you feel understood, grounded, and confident that you’re in the right place. I look forward to partnering with you as you work toward clarity, balance, and emotional wellness.
