Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor and coach who has been in practice since 2012. I specialize in the following areas: women’s issues including maternal mental health (prenatal/postpartum depression), codependency, and workplace wellness. I work with individuals and groups to lessen the impact of trauma; develop healthy boundaries and coping skills; improve relationships and communication skills; adjust to life changes and transitions, and increase self-esteem/self-acceptance.

My approach to therapy

During our initial sessions, I will get to know you by asking questions about your personal/family history and current behaviors/symptoms to create a plan to meet your specific needs.

I believe that providing a non-judgmental, supportive environment for you to fully express and explore your feelings, thoughts, and struggles is essential. I utilize counseling & coaching methods to increase your self-awareness and assist in establishing new patterns that align with your personal values and beliefs.

What you can expect from me

Yes, I know that change can be difficult for many people but wanting to feel better is a start. I believe that change is possible and that you can live your best life. If you are ready to do the work, to move through the challenges, to live a more fulfilling life then I want to partner with you on your path to healing! I know you can do more than exist and I want to help you on your journey to thrive!
