Hi, I'm Arlene!

As a therapist, I possess extensive experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and assisting individuals with substance use issues. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCASA), with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families in overcoming mental health and addiction challenges. I provide an open, non-judgmental environment that allows you to connect with yourself, fostering growth, healing, and hope for the future. My aspiration is to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself.

I do not believe in promising clients a “quick fix” or suggesting that I have all the answers. Instead, I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where communication is open, you feel respected and empowered to explore your experiences, gain insight, and through self-exploration to move toward healing and personal growth.
