Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, client-centered support for people navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re working through depression, anxiety, anger, substance use concerns, or major life transitions, you deserve a space where you can feel understood and not judged. I know healing isn’t linear—everyone’s path looks different—and my goal is to meet you exactly where you are with empathy and practical guidance.

With 26 years of experience in the substance use field, I bring a grounded, real-world understanding to this work. I am a licensed clinical social worker in California and Oregon and a CCAPP III certified professional. Together, we’ll focus on rebuilding confidence, finding clarity, and moving toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting people where they are, emotionally and mentally. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward, I’m here to support you as you explore your needs and learn how to meet them in a healthy, sustainable way.

I take an integrative and personalized approach, drawing from:

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI): To help you explore ambivalence and find your own motivation for change
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns
  • Mindfulness-Based Practices: To cultivate self-awareness and reduce emotional reactivity
  • Solution-Focused Therapy: To empower you with practical tools and a strengths-based mindset

Therapy is a collaborative space. I’m not here to tell you who to be—I’m here to help you become more of who you already are, with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
