Great to meet you!

Like the Lotus flower, we emerge everyday filled with possibilities. I believe that human potential is limitless. I believe that healing happens through connections to self and others. I believe that every day presents us with an opportunity to emerge with renewed possibilities that are rich and rewarding in life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and often draws from humanistic/client centered, trauma-informed, and mindfulness methodologies to foster resilience, healthy coping skills, model positive relationships, and spark hope for the future for each person.

I AM a builder, cleaner, connector and weaver I strive to maintain a practice that is authentic, transparent, and honoring of the courage it takes to journey into in therapy.

What you can expect from me
