I am an experienced clinician working with individuals that experience substance use disorder. I have a background in both abstinence based and harm reduction treatment. I have worked with many populations and enjoy working with adolescents and adults.
I have a strong background in CBT and MI and am currently further developing skills in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy along with other mindfulness techniques.
I am down to earth and focused on assisting others to determine potential changes that they want to make. I hope people that I work with get value out of every session that they are involved in.
