Hello! I’m Arwen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the States of Oregon & Washington, with a Master of Social Work from Boise State University. I have a very open and judgement free approach with clients. I listen to understand what your individual concerns/issues are and what you are looking to change. As a woman and mother of 6 adult children, I understand the challenges we face as adults and as parents. I am here to help you with making changes in the issues that are interfering with your daily life.

I specialize in working with individual adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, women’s mental health issues including pre/post-partum, infertility/loss, stress management, coping skills and life transitions. such as divorce, grief/loss, parenting struggles and am an LGBTQ+ ally. I am a Certified Treatment Provider for both Anxiety and Trauma; a Women's Mental Health Specialist focused on Perinatal/Postpartum issues, Infertility, Pregnancy/Infant loss (including abortion); & Certified as an LGBTQ Affirming Therapist. I am working on Certification as an Advanced Grief Specialist. At this time, I do not work with couples, families or children/teens.

My focus is to help individuals heal, self-empower, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space through Teletherapy, listening to your concerns, focusing on how best to meet your therapeutic goals and customizing a treatment plan choosing from a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities which are tailored to you.
