Great to meet you!

I know it can take a lot just to get to this page. Whatever brought you here, quiet exhaustion, worry that won't let up, or the sense that you're going through the motions of a life that used to feel like yours, you're not being dramatic, and you're not too late.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work and certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I've spent about ten years in mental health, inpatient psychiatric care, community clinics, and hospital settings, sitting with people on some of the hardest days of their lives.

I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, and stress, including those who look fine on the outside and are quietly running on empty underneath. Sessions are held via telehealth, so we can meet from wherever you're most comfortable.

My approach to therapy

  • Therapy with me is warm, honest, and collaborative. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the foundation of my work, so we'll get curious together about how your thoughts, feelings, and actions connect, and untangle the patterns that keep pulling you back to the same place. I also draw on other evidence-based approaches when they fit, because you're not a diagnosis and therapy shouldn't be one-size-fits-all.

What you can expect from me

If you're nervous, that's normal and you don't need to prepare anything. We'll just talk: what brought you here, what's been weighing on you, and what you wish felt different. There's no script and no "right" way to explain yourself. Plenty of people arrive knowing only that something feels off. That's enough to begin.

Toward the end, we'll talk about what working together could look like. I also want you to notice how you feel with me, fit matters, and you deserve a therapist you're genuinely comfortable with. My hope is you leave feeling lighter than when you logged on, and a little more hopeful that things can change.
