Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support takes real courage, and I am glad you are here. I am a psychologist who works with people navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. I believe you already hold the strengths and experiences to build a life that feels genuinely meaningful, and my role is to help you fi nd and use them. If that resonates, I would love to connect.

My approach to therapy

Whether you are struggling with making sense of the past, worries about the future, or feeling settled in your current life, I will work with you to set concrete goals, identify barriers, and create meaning and purpose in your life. I have worked in a variety of settings, and can help you learn skills to process challenging life experiences, identify and change negative thinking, and manage intense emotions. I use a mix of Cognitive-Behavioral and Acceptance-based approaches, always coming from a trauma-informed perspective and working in partnership with you. In addition to CBT and ACT, I draw on Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), the Unifi ed Protocol (UP), and Behavioral Activation, always adapting to whatever fi ts you best at each stage of the work.

What you can expect from me

The first session can be the toughest one, so I work to create a welcoming and warm environment where you can share as much or as little of your story as you feel ready for. We will work together to establish your goals for therapy and a plan to meet those goals. As therapy is a process, I expect to continue building trust and possibly changing those goals throughout our time working together.
