Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated professional committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My background is in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a specialty in working with individuals and families impacted by addiction. I believe every client brings a unique story, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I value building genuine, collaborative relationships with my clients and meeting you where you are in your journey. My goal is to support you in navigating challenges, building on your strengths, and creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses on understanding the you as a whole, including the relationships and environments that shape your life. I believe that the people we are connected to and the experiences we have can influence how we think, feel, and respond to challenges. Together, we’ll look at patterns in your life and relationships that may be causing difficulties and work toward healthier ways of coping, communicating, and connecting with others. I tailor therapy to your needs and work with you to build on your strengths and make changes that feel meaningful and lasting.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend some time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped where you are today. We’ll also talk about what you hope to get out of therapy and begin identifying areas where we can work together. Most importantly, there’s no expectation that you have everything figured out before you come in. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where we can start wherever you are.
