Great to meet you!

Ashley Bedeau, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Counselor. As an African American-Trinidadian, I offer a unique perspective in my practice. With a background in trauma care, dual-diagnosis treatment, and first responder wellness, I employ a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to promote resilience and healing. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges with empathy and confidence.

My approach to therapy

Ashley’s person-centered and trauma-informed approach integrates CBT, expressive arts, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help clients build insight, confidence, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

I start with a relaxed introductory session where you can share what’s been going on and what you’re hoping for, no pressure, just a conversation. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to be yourself. Together, we’ll explore your goals and move at a pace that feels right for you. Along the way, I’ll offer guidance, tools, and reflection to support your growth and healing.
