Great to meet you!

I have spent the last 15 years in community health in leadership and direct service roles working both internationally and domestically. I am a mom of an imaginative toddler, love exploring nature's playground, and value rituals. I am affirming of LGBTQ+ and racial justice and sex worker allied. My hope for you during our journey, "I have met myself and I am going to care for her/him/them fiercely" -Glennon Doyle.

My approach to therapy

While individuals' wholeness journeys differ, I believe in the unique healing powers of storytelling and creativity. I use a relational approach; meaning our relationship is of utmost importance. I explore social/cultural identities to understand your worldview/lived experiences, incorporate somatic approaches to enhance the mind-body connection, help you identify boundaries and communicate them, and provide you with mindfulness-based techniques to support you with quieting your inner critic.

What you can expect from me

I honor showing up is hard and offer warmth and accountability when you may want to walk away. You are the healer of your mind, body, and emotions and I am the one who gives gentle nudges and bears witness to your greatness.
