Great to meet you!

Do you feel like your thoughts about food, your body, or yourself take up far too much space in your day? Maybe you’re exhausted from constantly worrying about what you eat, criticizing your appearance, or feeling like you’re never “good enough.” Or perhaps anxiety has become so overwhelming that you’re simply trying to get through each day. You don’t have to keep carrying that burden alone. Imagine trusting yourself around meals, feeling more confident in your own skin, and having the mental space to enjoy relationships, hobbies, and life again.

My approach to therapy

I help teen girls and young women overcome eating disorders, body image struggles, perfectionism, and anxiety. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and health coach I work with you to explore daily habits to support mental, emotional, and physical health. I bring a warm, gentle environment to help you feel safe and understood.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve been struggling for a long time. Whether you’re feeling ready or just curious, I’d be happy to answer your questions and help you decide if we’re a good fit. I offer evening and weekend appointment via Telehealth to fit your schedule.
