Great to meet you!

I have been in the mental health field for over 18 years! I received my Bachelor’s of Arts in Art Therapy in 2009. After my undergraduate program I went into community mental health, where I remained for several years. In 2018, I received my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In 2021, I became a Masters Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor ( MLADC). In 2026, I became a dual licensed clinician receiving my Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). In addition, I have been a certified clinical trauma professional since 2018. I have worked in various settings like inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient care, crisis work, department of corrections, and within the court systems.

My approach to therapy

I believe in trauma informed, person centered and holistic care, built upon a strong therapeutic relationship. I offer empathy and compassion in a warm and safe space for you to explore your goals, while working towards meaningful personal growth. If you are not ready for change, I can offer non judgmental support and presence, holding space, until you are ready to decide the next best steps for you. I look forward to meeting you!
