Great to meet you!

Welcome! It's time to show up for yourself! I bring authenticity, compassion, and a down-to-earth approach to each session! My name is Ashley Coleman. I earned my Bachelor's of Social Work at Benedict College and my Master's of Social Work at University of South Carolina.

My approach to therapy

Welcome to Unscripted Healing-a space dedicated to authentic, transformative growth where healing unfolds naturally-without scripts. Here, real conversations, genuine connection, and intentional support guide you toward healing and self discovery!

My approach is collaborative, and grounded in evidence based practice while holding a safe space. I integrate CBT, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy and more!

I tailor each session to the client's unique needs, empowering to gain insight, develop healthy coping and create lasting change. I look forward to working with you and seeing your growth and healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, welcomed, and supported from the very first conversation. We’ll explore what brings you in, clarify your goals, and begin building a foundation of trust and understanding.
