Great to meet you!

I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults, with a special focus on emotional regulation, self-esteem, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I have 8 years of experience supporting women, children, and families in a variety of settings. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in 2019, and since then I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients navigate challenges with confidence, clarity, and compassion.

I use evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches to help clients build practical skills, improve coping, and understand the patterns influencing their thoughts and behaviors.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients feel truly supported while they work toward meaningful change. My work is guided by the belief that healing happens in a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can show up as themselves. I value relationship, transparency, and empowerment. Whether I’m supporting someone who becomes easily frustrated, someone exploring identity and self-worth, or someone navigating stress or burnout, my goal is always to provide culturally responsive, strengths-based care.

I am committed to compassion, structure, and support that honors boundaries and ethics that protect clients and avoid conflicts of interest.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is patient, practical, and genuinely invested in your growth, I’d be honored to support you.

What you can expect from me

During our first therapy session is all about getting to know you and making sure you feel comfortable. We’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and any goals you have for yourself. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, strengths, challenges, and what support looks like for you.

We’ll also go over important information such as confidentiality, how sessions work, and what you can expect from me as your therapist. This is a two-way conversation, and you’re encouraged to share at your own pace, there is no pressure to have everything figured out on day one.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying a plan for your care and next steps. Most importantly, you should leave feeling heard, supported, and confident that you’re in a safe space to begin your healing journey.
