Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you are here! Reaching out for therapy can be such a brave step in working toward the life that you want. I provide general mental health therapy for children and adolescents. I also have training specifically in the treatment of eating disorders for all ages and believe that recovery is possible at any point in your life. If you are seeking support for the treatment of an eating disorder I primarily practice from an FBT, Intuitive Eating, or CBT-AR perspective. The focus is on healing your relationship with food and your body. I also work with children and adolescents who are impacted by anxiety, depression, ADHD and for mental health support. I have experience in outpatient therapy, crisis services, and family based services.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a strengths based approach to therapy where you are at the center of your treatment. We will set weekly goals and engage in a collaborative approach to meeting them. If you are being seen for eating disorder treatment a relationship with your PCP is encouraged.

What you can expect from me

During the first session we will work to get to know each other. It's important to me that you get any questions answered about my approach or the therapy process. We will also discuss what brings you to therapy and begin working on setting goals together.
