Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in nursing, including service as an Army nurse. I earned my master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University and work with children, teens, and adults. I have a special interest in supporting veterans, individuals with pregnancy and postpartum mental health concerns, and children/adolescents.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel heard while finding practical, effective treatment options. Medication management is my primary focus, but I also offer supportive therapy when it’s appropriate for your needs.

What you can expect from me

During your first appointment, I will spend time getting to know you. I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, and any past treatment, including medications or therapy. From there, we’ll work together to create a treatment plan that feels comfortable and fits your goals. There will always be space for your questions, and we’ll move at a pace that works for you.
