Great to meet you!

I’m the kind of therapist who sees past “I’m fine” and hears what you’re not saying. I work with women who are used to being the strong one, carrying it all, taking care of everyone else yet inside, you’re tired, anxious, or feeling disconnected from yourself. In our sessions, you don’t have to perform or hold it all together. You get to show up as you are, be honest about what’s weighing on you, and start doing the work to heal at the root. Expect real talk, genuine support, and tools you can actually use in real life.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker in NC, SC, FL, and NJ holding a Master of Social Work. I’ve worked in hospitals, schools, confinement settings and community mental health, and those experiences taught me how complex, layered, and personal healing can be. I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, using a warm, direct, and culturally responsive approach. I also facilitate group therapy and provide clinical supervision for associate-level clinicians who want to grow with confidence and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I blend real conversation with evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, Brainspotting, TF-CBT and trauma-informed care tailoring each session to your needs. I create a culturally responsive space where women can unpack anxiety, perfectionism, and past trauma, and start feeling like themselves again.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools, fresh perspective, and a deeper understanding of themselves. You’ll feel more equipped to set boundaries, quiet the overthinking, and break patterns like perfectionism and people-pleasing. Most importantly, you’ll know you have a safe place to be real, process what’s heavy, and take steps toward feeling whole again.
